Once you have decided to purchase one of our Ideal homes, we begin with a meeting (either with a visit to our premises or if not possible we can arrange a home visit), and have a design consultation to discuss your specific requirements, ideas and budget.

Once agreed we design your floorplan, to ensure the size and layout of your Ideal home is correct.
If ready to proceed, you will be asked to sign and confirm all details.
Next with a 10% deposit we will allocate you a build slot
Once your home is ready for construction a second payment will be required, usually 20% of purchase price. The remaining payments are staggered over the build time which is usually over 8-10 weeks

All our homes are built to BS 3632, which means they are suitable for permanent residence.
Only U Rated Value windows are used, and energy efficient insulation for roof, floors and walls.
All appliances are certified and checked before they leave our premises.
We will keep you updated with the progress of your home throughout the build process.
